Priapus shot is rejuvenating procedure designed to repair and rejuvenate men’s penis.

It improves erection, increases sensitivity and even increases size of the penis.

Our patients report improved family relationships, heightened confidence, improved erections, increased sensitivity and even mild increase in length and girth of the penis.

Priapus shot utilizes body’s natural ability to repair itself with revolutionary application of Platelet Rich Plasma to treat aging processes in the penis.

The Priapus Shot® results in all of the following:

  • Penis becomes larger
  • Penis becomes stronger
  • Penis becomes straighter
  • Blood circulation of the penis increases maintaining healthy organ.
VIagra, Cialis and other therapies work better after P-shot
  • Increase sensation and pleasure (helps correct the damage from diabetes).
  • No allergic reactions ( because your own blood is utilized for treatment)
  • No lumpiness
  • Essentially painless (no burning from the PRFM since it’s from your own body)

Why do men need it?

When we age we shrink, our muscles get thinner, our blood vessels become less pliable, and our overall function declines. These changes occur throughout the body and the men’s penis is not an exception.

With age the penis undergoes same degenerative changes, which leads to weaker erections, decreased sensitivity, and shrinking.

Thankfully, we now have a tool to slow down and reverse penile aging by utilizing the regenerative powers of Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP), just like professional athletes who use this modality to quickly restore injured muscles and ligaments.

When PRP is applied to the penis, if administered with proper skill and equipment by a highly trained and experienced P-shot doctor, it improves the quality of erections, enlarges the penis, intensifies sexual pleasure, and overall improves sexual function.

Priapus Shot, or simply P-shot, is a quick and painless procedure to utilize healing and rejuvenating potential of PRP to erectile tissues of the penis. It was invented by Dr. Charles Runnels and is now practiced by hundreds of practitioners in fifteen countries to treat erectile dysfunction, loss of sensitivity, and age-related shrinking of the penis, thus improving quality of life, confidence, family relationships, and sexual satisfaction of thousands of men.

How does it work?

Until recently we thought of platelets as blood particles necessary to blood clot formation without other functions in the body. Not so long ago scientists discovered that platelets also contain special substances, called growth factors, that assist the body to repair and heal the damage caused by trauma that originally triggered a need for a clot.
Among these factors are: Endothelial Growth Factor, which promotes repair of damaged blood vessels and promotes new vessels growth, thus restoring circulation; Fibroblast Growth Factor, which promotes repair and restoration of elastic structure of the tissues; Epithelial Growth Factor, which improves health of epithelium IGF-1; and others.
A special FDA approved centrifuge and an PRP collection kit are used to separate a small amount of plasma with high concentration of platelets from other blood components. This is why it is called Platelet Rich Plasma.

By injecting PRP into cavernous bodies of the penis we initiate the healing potential of the body to restore and rejuvenate penile tissues, which were exposed to multiple micro-traumas over years of use, thus improving their overall function.

How is it done?

Initially, a small amount of blood (60cc) is drawn, just like for a blood test, and placed in a special FDA approved centrifuge to separate platelets.

While cells are separated, the penis is anesthetized using a hair-thin needle.

Separated Platelet Rich Plasma is injected in the cavernous bodies on each side of the penis.

The entire procedure from the beginning to the end takes 30-40 minutes and is completely painless.

There is no down-time and patients can have sex same night.

How much does this procedure cost?

The price of the procedure is $1800. This includes all supplies and materials and also covers the cost of a manual vacuum pump (retail price $ 150). If you wish, a battery-operated vacuum pump (which retails for $300), can be optionally ordered at the cost of $100.
